Refund and Returns Policy
We appreciate your support of our small business. Customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that at times, returns are going to occur, and that is why we promote transparency in our refund and returns policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product packaging must be unopened. As beard oils & balms are personal care products, opened and used products cannot be returned. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items and reference your original order number so that we can help determine and process your refund or return at your earliest convenience.
To complete your return, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. If your order qualified for free shipping, we will email you a return label for you to print and adhere to the return package. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, you will need to cover shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
